We teach anyone aged 4 years and over, all abilities are welcome and we have three main locations.
First lesson is free!
Come along to any class for a trial there is no need to book in advance.
KICKBOXING
All abilities welcome!
We have a wide range of abilities training with us, whether you want an alternative way to keep fit or are interested in competition, come and have a free trial class to find out more.

We are a full time association and in addition to being fully qualified and insured, all our lead coaches have international competition experience.
